In triangle EFD:
∡F + ∡D + ∡E = 180

In triangle TRS:
∡T + ∡R + ∡S = 180

∡F = ∡R and ∡D = ∡S, so ∡E = ∡T

We've got 2nd triangle congruence property(2 angles and a side between them; ∡E = ∡T; ∡F = ∡R; EF = TR)
