Solution:

- Area of circle = 616 cm

We need to calculate the radius.

We know that :

- A = πr^2

Here,

- A is area
- r is radius

Substitutingvalues:

> 616 = (22/7) × r^2

> 616 = 22r^2 / 7

> 616 × 7 = 22r^2

> 22r^2 = 4312

> r^2 = 4312 / 22

> r^2 = 2156 / 11

> r^2 = 196

> r = 14

Given :-

- Area of Circle = 616 cm²

To Find :-

- Radius of a circle = ?

Solution :-

☼︎ Radius of the Circle;

Using Formula:

[tex] \\ \red\bigstar {\underline{\boxed{\color{springgreen}{\textsf{ \textbf{ \: Area \: of \: circle= \: \: π \: r \: ² \: }}}}}} \\\\ [/tex]

Putting values in the formula;

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: Area \: = \: \pi \: r \: ^{2} \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: 616 \: = \:\frac{22}{7} \times \: r \: ^{2} \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: 616 \: \times \: \frac{7}{22} \: = \: \: r \: ^{2} \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: \: \frac{ \: \: 4312 \: \: }{22} \: = \: \: r \: ^{2} \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: \: \cancel{\frac{ \: \: 4312 \: \: }{22} }\: = \: \: r \: ^{2} \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: \: \: 196 \: \: = \: \: r \: ^{2} \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: \:r \: ^{2} = \: 196 \: \: \: \: \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \sf \implies \: \:r \: = \sqrt{ \: 196 \: } \\ [/tex]

[tex] \\ \bf \implies \: \:Radius \: = 14 \: cm \\ [/tex]

henceforth, the Radius of a circle is 14 cm ...!!
